Pricing FAQ
How does the free trial work?
Business includes a 3-day free trial with no credit card, covering 100 conversations and 500 AI credits. Reaching either one pauses sending until you choose a plan — nothing is deleted and incoming messages keep arriving. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Is there a limit on how many emails we can send?
No. Email is unlimited on every paid plan — sending replies is the job of the product, so we do not meter it. Conversations and AI credits are the metered dimensions, and going over those is billed as usage rather than blocking your team.
What are AI credits?
Most AI actions use 1 credit. Advanced runs (Workflow Discovery, KB Insights, Product AI) use 3. Store Intelligence is free. Packs start at $10 / 1,000 credits.
Can I buy extra seats or stores?
Yes — $29/seat/mo and $35/store/mo on Professional and above. Starter cannot buy extra stores (multi-store is a Professional upsell).
Do you bill through Shopify?
Yes for most Shopify-connected orgs. Manage plan and invoices from Settings → Plan & usage or the embedded Admin app.
Is chatbot included?
AI chatbot, customer portal, and live chat unlock on Business and Enterprise.
