How does the free trial work?
Try Business features for 7 days with your selected plan's AI allowance and capacities. Shopify confirms the end date. AI units cover the whole trial; exhaustion pauses AI, while human replies remain available. Enterprise services are excluded.
Is there a limit on how many emails we can send?
Human replies are never blocked by conversation overage. The first successful substantive reply counts once per conversation and Shopify period. Inbound, notes and failed sends do not count.
What are AI units?
Most AI actions use 1 unit. Workflow Discovery, KB Insights and Product AI use 3. Zero-cost actions create no charge. An AI reply can also count toward conversations.
Can I buy extra seats or stores?
No. Seats, stores, active workflows and KB articles have plan capacities. Choose a larger plan for more room; Enterprise has unlimited capacity for these four dimensions.
Do you bill through Shopify?
Yes. Select a monthly USD subscription in Shopify. Trial usage is free and never billed later. Manage your contract and invoices from Plan & usage or the embedded app.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your selected paid plan takes effect. Business-only automation pauses if that plan excludes it; settings stay saved. Plan changes do not restart the trial or reset usage. Re-enabling paused automation requires your action.
